The 4th Annual Bike and Hike for MS will be a 12, 25 or 40 mile recreational ride around the scenic Grand River Valley region in Lake and Ashtabula Counties. Riders will catch a covered bridge or two and pass a few wineries along the way. The 3k hike will travel through the vineyards and woods of Debonné Vineyards and Double Wing Brewing Co.

All pre-registered bikers and hikers will receive a commemorative t-shirt and lunch at Debonné after the ride.

Live entertainment will also be provided upon return. Plan to spend a relaxing afternoon helping Tony Jr.'s charity!
