We're celebrating Ice Wine in the Grand River Valley! Kick-off Ice Wine Festival weekend with a new tapas trail the Friday evening before the festival. Start at Cask 307 or South River Vineyard and proceed on to Grand River Cellars and Debonne Vineyards for a hearty small plate and paired wine sample at each location. We've chosen a different menu each week, featuring Ice Wine! Four small plates and wine samples at four locations for $50.00 plus tax per person.

- South River Vineyard: Beef & Pork Ragout over Mashed Potatoes

- Grand River Cellars: Chicken Tenders with Ice Wine-Blue Cheese-Cashew Cream Sauce served over Penne Pasta

- Debonne Vineyards: Seared Sous Vide Pork Belly with Ice Wine BBQ Sauce, Sweet Corn Cake & Greens
