We're celebrating Ice Wine in the Grand River Valley! Kick-off Ice Wine Festival weekend with a new tapas trail the Friday evening before the festival. Start at Cask 307 or South River Vineyard and proceed on to Grand River Cellars and Debonne Vineyards for a hearty small plate and paired wine sample at each location. We've chosen a different menu each week, featuring Ice Wine! Four small plates and wine samples at four locations for $50.00 plus tax per person.

- South River Vineyard: Carnitas Taco with Red Cabbage Slaw, Avocado Crema & Cilantro on a Corn Tortilla with Tamarind-Spiked Red Beans and Rice
- Grand River Cellars: Ice Wine BBQ Pork Riblets served with Blue Cheese Mashed Potatoes
- Debonne Vineyards: Black & Blue Scallops-Blackened Sea Scallops on Blue Cheese Grits with Ice Wine Honey Glaze
