Learn the basics of hard cider production and tasting including the simple 4 step process for tasting and what the 5 characteristics of hard cider are. Learn to recognize the flavors and aromas in cider. Learn the basics to pair ciders with food. $15 cost includes cider samples, a light snack and informational handouts. This event will be held in our private tasting room and questions are encouraged. All attendees must be 21 years old or older.
