Learn the basics of commercial wine making and how grapes are processed, fermented, filtered, aged, and bottled. Learn the differences between red and white wine production. Learn the basics of aging wine both in barrels and tanks. $15 cost includes wine samples, a light snack and informational handouts. This event will be held in our private tasting room and questions are encouraged. All attendees must be 21 years old or older.
